Requirements for Age Declaration Document
1. Valid Nigerian Passport of the applicant.
2. Valid Nigerian passport of the Declarant.
3. Declarant must be six years or older than applicant.
4. Photocopy of passport data page of Declarant and Applicant.
5. Two passport size full face photographs of both applicant and declarant.
6. €60 Age declaration fees.
7. Prepaid self addressed envelope.

The attention of the Consulate has been drawn to some fraudulent and criminal elements parading themselves as representing or being affiliated with the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Frankfurt, Germany. These individuals over time have extorted huge sums from unsuspecting and helpless applicants who require immigration services.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Consulate does not have an annex or contract agents to execute immigration services on its behalf. All payments regarding passports and visas, should be made through the Nigeria Immigration websites: passport.immigration.gov.ng and visa.immigration.gov.ng remain the only legitimate links for immigration services.
The general public is hereby advised to take note, as individuals who seek the assistance of imposters or self-acclaimed agents of the Consulate do so at their own risk.
All intending applicants are advised to apply for renewal of passports a maximum of 6 months before their expiration!!!
