For the acquisition of Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC), please visit the consular section of the Consulate General of Nigeria, Frankfurt with the following documents:

FOR MINORS

• Two Passport Photographs.
• Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate.
• Copy of Travel Plan/ Itinerary.
• Copies of parents’ Nigerian passport data pages. 
• Letter of Consent from both parents duly signed and addressed to the Consul General, Consulate General of Nigeria, Frankfurt, Germany. 
• Cost €100.

FOR ADULTS 

• Application letter addressed to the Consul General, Consulate General of Nigeria, Germany.
• Two passport photographs.
• Copy of expired or lost/stolen passport.
• Police report for lost/stolen passport.
• Copy of travel plan/ itinerary.
• Cost €100.
• Self-address next day delivery return envelope with appropriate stamp.
